Mention “Hygeia PPO Network or FirstHealth ” as your PPO provider when you visit the hospital, since this is the name that is recognized by the doctor or hospital.

Inside USA:
The PPO networks for Liaison Worldwide are First Health and Hygeia. First Health and Hygeia are independent organizations and recognized PPO Networks by all major hospitals, doctors, and health facilities. You can search both networks for a broader list of doctors and hospitals.
For these plans you are not restricted to go to this specific list of doctors but it is recommended for easier claim process and negotiated rates.

If its not an emergency or an urgent care need, prefer setting up an appointment with a doctor or hospital within the PPO Network. Then contact SRI Assist with the appointment information. Seven Corners (SRI) Assist will then send a notice to the facility outlining your coverage information and program details. While using the Seven Corners Network does not guarantee benefits, it allows Seven Corners to streamline the administrative process for both you as well as your physician.
