Q1: Am I Eligible for the Atlas Series?

If you are traveling outside of your Home Country and are at least 14 days old, you are eligible for coverage. If you are under age 70, you may select your Overall Maximum Limit, ranging from $50,000 to $1,000,000. If you are age 70 to 79, the Overall Maximum Limit available is $50,000. If you are age 80 or older, the Overall Maximum Limit available is $10,000. The minimum coverage period is 5 days and the maximum initial coverage period is 12 months.

Q2: Which doctor or hospital can I go to?

The PPO provider for Liaison International is Hygeia PPO Network.  Hygeia PPO Network is an independent organization and a recognized PPO Network by all major hospitals, doctors, and health facilities. 

You can search for doctor or hospital in this Provider Directory. Prefer going to any doctor or hospital listed under this PPO network. 

Q3: When will I receive my ID card?

At the time of purchasing the policy, if you have selected "YES" for the online fulfillment option then you will receive the "paper work" along with the ID card electronically in your email. Otherwise, you will receive the paperwork and ID card in the regular mail. In either case, documents and information is the same except the fact that the on-line fulfillment is instant and ready to use. If you select Online Fulfillment you won't be receiving anything in snail mail.

Q6: What information do I need to purchase this information?

Name(s), date of birth, and passport number of the visitor(s).

Q7: When I buy this plan, do I need to make the full payment at once or do I have the option of paying it on a monthly basis?

Based on the desired coverage length you have selected, you have to make the full payment at once.

Since this plan is renewable you can renew it anytime you would like to before the policy expires. There is a renewable fee of $5 that’s associated with the renewal.
