Mention “Hygeia PPO Network , FirstHealth or Multiplan” as your PPO provider when you visit the hospital, since this is the name that is recognized by the doctor or hospital.
About the PPO Networks
Inside USA:
The PPO providers for Atlas America are First Health , Hygeia and Multiplan PPO Network. Hygeia PPO Network are an independent organization and a recognized PPO Network by all major hospitals, doctors, and health facilities. You can search both networks for a broader list of doctors and hospitals.
For these plans you are not restricted to go to this specific list of doctors but it is recommended for easier claim process and negotiated rates.
Outside USA:
There is no PPO network outside the United States. You may visit any doctor or hospital. Pay accordingly and file claim with the insurance company for reimbursement. |
