I have already purchased visitor insurance (Liaison Continent A) for 3 months for my parents. Now there is a change in their travel plans. Instead of 3 months, they will stay in USA for 2 months only. Can I make a change in insurance plan and make it for 2 months? Will I get a refund?

Yes, you can request for early termination of the Liaison Continent travel insurance plan. If the policy is not yet effective, you can change the date without any administration fees and can also receive a prorated refund.

If policy is already effective, there is a $25 fee for early termination, and if  there are no claims submitted, you get a prorated refund.
You must make a formal request by sending email to support@VisitorsCoverage.com with policy /certificate number and your desired changes in dates etc.

This information is based on the policy rule effective as of Aug 17, 2012, and is subject to change in future.

Hope this information helps.
