I am looking to buy visitor insurance for my parents who are visiting next month for 6 months. My question is, can I pay from my HSA account for their medical expenses towards doctor visit? Technically they are my dependents in the USA.

Typically, qualified medical expenses are those incurred by the following persons: you and your spouse, and all dependents you claim on your tax return.

It is a good idea to contact your CPA/ a qualified tax specialist to confirm this information.

Hope this helps.
