I called a couple of providers and asked if they accepted my policy. All of them said they do not. How and where can I use my policy?

Your insurance policy will provide coverage at any provider of your choice.

If a provider does not accept your insurance, you can pay out of pocket, submit a claim, and be reimbursed by the insurance company.

Should you require further assistance, please contact our customer support team.
