Wander Frequent Traveler Cancellation & Refund Policy

The insurance company will consider to refund your total insurance premium if the policy is cancelled before your effective date. If the cancellation request is made after your effective date, the unused portion of the policy premium may be refunded, minus a cancellation fee, provided that no claims have been filed. The policy holder should make a written request to cancel the policy. The written request can be sent via email.

With the subject line: Request for Cancellation, Policy # [provide the policy number]

Include complete details including policy number, date of purchase, and the reason for plan cancellation. Upon receipt of this information we will initiate the policy cancellation with the insurance company. Please allow 7-10 business days to process the cancellation.

Any refund amount, if any, will be refunded via the same method it was paid, so if you made the payment using a credit card, the same credit card will be refunded. Refund may take 7 to 10 business days for processing.
