SEO/SEM Specialist

Come join one of Silicon Valley's most successful InsurTech companies! We are looking for a full-time SEO/SEM Specialist to join our growing digital marketing team. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience and be able to work on directives and assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of our online marketing efforts & strategies. This person should understand SEO, possess working knowledge of business development, and be able to pursue specific goals in lead generation, lead qualification, communication, brand building, and conversions.

Required Skills:
  • Applicable knowledge and experience with Google Analytics
  • Ability to work on Google Adwords
  • Understanding of SEO, SEM, and knowledge of how various SERPs algorithms define content strategies
  • Manage our Digital Marketing campaigns
  • Designing skills using designing software is a plus
  • Define, plan, and manage cross-channel growth strategy, owning performance KPIs
  • Develop audience strategy across the display, programmatic, and digital video channels and scale investment capacity
  • Work on Mobile-First Strategy
  • Ability to be creative and engaging in written communication
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing assets such as emails, landing pages, banner ads and optimize user experience
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Develop, manage and optimize day-to-day tactical on and off-page SEO, pay per click (PPC) search engine marketing keywords, ads, and bid management
  • Design, develop, and present comprehensive strategic online and social media plan
  • Create and manage social media advertisements
  • Manage day-to-day activities related to social media. This includes monitoring, tagging and analysis of social media conversations across various platforms, maintenance of our brands' social media sites and reputation management
  • Manage KPI and ROI marketing metrics
  • Assist in daily digital marketing activities
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Build and maintain working relationships with strategic partnerships.
