Which doctor or hospital can you go to?

With the Inbound Guest Insurance policy, you can go to any doctor or service provider of your choice.

How much is covered and what are the benefits?

Read your policy document [Description of Coverage] carefully to know the limits, benefits, and exclusions. In some cases, pre-certification may be required.

Payment and Claim process?

Direct billing is not promised, depending on the service provider's billing practice, the bill can either be sent to directly to the insurance company, SevenCorners, or may come to you. Regardless of billing process, you are required to report and file claims in a specific claims reporting form. Claims must be reported and submitted to the insurance administrator, SevenCorners, within 90 days from the date of service received.

Reporting and filing the claim:

All claims must be submitted in writing along with supporting documents and receipts.
Supporting documents include the ID of insured, copy of insured's passport, and copies of all receipts, bills, itemized services, and a cover letter.
