CoverAmerica-Gold has moved to a new plan administrator and underwriter. Customers who have purchased CoverAmerica-Gold prior to March 30, 2020, the following FAQs will answer some general questions regarding your existing policy.

Q. Why has this changed?
CoverAmerica-Gold has moved to a new administrator and underwriter due to administrator reasons. You can read more about the updated plan.
Q. How will the new plan administrator affect my current plan?
The new plan administrator will not affect your existing plan. Your benefits and coverage will remain the same as per the certificate wording at the time of purchase. You can view your Description of Coverage here.
Q. What doctor or hospital can I visit?
If your policy ID card displays PHCS as your PPO provider, you can search within your network PHCS here .
If your policy ID card displays United Healthcare as your PPO provider, you can search within your network United Healthcare here .
Q. Can I cancel my plan?
Yes. You can cancel your policy by logging in to My Policy. A cancellation fee may be applicable if you cancel after the policy start date and there will be no refund if claims have been filed on the policy.
Q. Can I renew my plan?
Yes. Existing policyholders have until April 30, 2020 to renew their coverage up to the maximum 364 days allowed in the policy certificate. You can renew your policy by logging in to My Policy.

Q. How do I file a claim?
You can submit a completed claim form to your insurance provider Seven Corners. You can locate a claim form here.
