Q1: Which doctor or hospital can I go to?
Diplomat Long Term International Insurance plan does not participate in any PPO network. You can visit any doctor or hospital.

Q3: Does this plan cover any pre-existing conditions?
If you are a US citizen, the US is Your Home Country, and you are traveling outside of the US, limited coverage under your medical expense benefit is provided for medical expenses that result from a sudden and unforeseen recurrence of a Pre-existing Condition, as defined hereunder. The plan shall pay up to a maximum of $20,000 ($2,500 for age 65 and older) of covered expenses incurred from a sudden and unforeseen recurrence of a Pre-existing Condition.
Q4: When will I receive my ID card?
The print out of the on-line buying receipt/virtual ID card is the proof of insurance and can be used as an ID card. Depending on the policy length you may also receive an ID card to your mailing address within 5-10 business days
