Pre-existing Conditions

Any Non-US residents can apply for the INF Elite X Network Plan. This includes B1/B2 visa holders, Green Card holders, H-1B Visa Holders, Students on F1 / F2 Visas, and those on OTP. This plan works for the following age groups from age 18 to age 99. The INF Elite X Network Plan can be used for travel to the United States, Canada or Mexico. The plan is available to purchase for a minimum of 90 days up to 364 days. Please Note: Purchase must be done before arrival into the destination country.
The INF Elite X plan will cover the unexpected worsening any pre-existing condition up to the stated amount on the policy. The insured is fully covered for every doctor visit, specialist visit, emergency room visit, or hospitalization up to the eligible medical maximum set forth in the policy.
You can go to any doctor or hospital of your choice. If you would like, you can choose to go in the PPO network for INF Elite X plan, which is the United Healthcare PPO Network.

You are able to extend INF Elite X up to the maximum coverage period of 364 days. INF will send email, text and phone call reminders to you 1 week & 1 day before the policy expires. There is a $5 extension administration fee.
After the policy start date, policy cancellation must be due to a covered reason explicitly stated under the trip interruption benefit, and the premium would not be reundable. Cancellation requests must be submitted online by logging into your VisitorsCoverage account.

How COVID-19 is Covered Under INF Elite X
COVID-19 Medical Expenses
Medical treatment and services related to COVID-19 can be covered in the event that the virus was contracted after the policy effective date.
COVID-19 Testing
Testing can be covered if ordered by the attending physician for diagnostic purposes if symptoms occur after the policy effective date.
COVID-19 Vaccination/Booster
COVID-19 vaccination/booster is not covered under the policy.
