Liaison Travel Economy Update

Liaison Travel Economy has been renamed Liaison Travel Basic. This change was implemented on May 1, 2020. For questions on the what this will mean for existing policyholders prior to May 1, 2020 please review the FAQs below.

Q. How will the new plan name affect my current plan?

The new plan name will not affect your existing plan. Your benefits and coverage will remain the same as per the certificate wording at the time of purchase. You can view your Description of Coverage here.

Q. Will I get a new insurance ID card?

You will not receive a new insurance ID card. The policy ID card will display the plan name at the time of purchase. Policyholders will continue to use the same insurance ID card that was provided at the time of purchase.

Q. Can I renew my plan?

Yes. Existing policyholders are able to renew their coverage up to the maximum 364 days allowed in the policy certificate. You can renew your policy by logging in to My Policy.

Q. Can I cancel my plan?

Yes. You can cancel your policy by logging in to My Policy. A cancellation fee may be applicable if you cancel after the policy start date and there will be no refund if claims have been filed on the policy.

Q. How do I file a claim?

You can submit a completed claim form to your insurance provider Seven Corners. You can find a claim form here.
