Liaison Travel Economy has been renamed Liaison Travel Basic. This change was implemented on May 1, 2020. The policy ID card will display the plan name at the time of purchase. Policyholders will continue to use the same insurance ID card that was provided at the time of purchase. Yes. Existing policyholders are able to renew their coverage up to the maximum 364 days allowed in the policy certificate. You can renew your policy by logging in to My Policy. Yes. You can cancel your policy by logging in to My Policy. A cancellation fee may be applicable if you cancel after the policy start date and there will be no refund if claims have been filed on the policy. You can view your Description of Coverage here.
