Yes, the main purpose of buying travel insurance is to protect against unforeseen medical situations such as injury or illness. Any pre-existing conditions will not be able to be treated under travel insurance (i.e. medication, treatments, check-ups or anything regulatory or expected with a pre-existing medical condition). However, we do offer plans that cover acute onset of pre-existing conditions, which is a sudden and unexpected recurrence of a pre-existing condition that requires immediate medical attention.
