Hello, I am an employer in Washington, and one my employees is with us on a B1 visa. She arrived less than 3 months ago. She is here for an extended period of time (more than 3 years). What insurance is appropriate for her, which would include preventative care (e.g. vision exams, medical check-ups)? She is healthy, but I do want pre-existing conditions covered to avoid complications with insurance companies claiming that X, Y, and Z issues are not covered.
