Hi, I need help with submitting a claim. Specifically, the claim form asks for an insurance carrier. What does this mean?

It is asking for the underwriter of the insurance policy. Please call our office, so we can assist you.
Have A Question About Travel Insurance ?Ask A Question
I have a comprehensive coverage plan for my mom that's ending this week. She made a couple of visits to the doctor during the duration of her policy. I plan on taking a limited coverage next week on, but I want to make sure that the claims made during the duration of coverage for the comprehensive coverage plan will still be considered under the comprehensive coverage. I understand any visits made on or after the date that the comprehensive coverage policy expires will be under the new limited coverage I will opt for. Is this correct? Thanks!
