I have not been feeling well and will visit a doctor. If I purchase a policy before I visit will i be covered?

The purpose of travel medical insurance is to cover any new and unexpected illness, sickness, or injury that occurs after the policy start date. Unfortunately, if you purchase a policy after something has happend, what has already happened will be considered a pre-existing condition and will not be covered.
