Q

My wife is due in May 2013. We don't have insurance and want her to be covered for delivery. Is there any insurance that would cover her for that?

A

Short-term visitors' medical insurance covers for any unexpected sickness or injury. Pre-existing conditions, preventive care, and maternity do not have much coverage with these plans. To read more about travel medical insurance and pregnancy, see: Visitor Insurance for Pregnancy
