My wife, who will be on an F2 visa, is currently 16 weeks pregnant, and therefore will need to follow up with a doctor for the rest of her pregnancy. My questions are as follows: a) Given these circumstances, do we qualify for coverage? b) What are the terms of the coverage? c) How much will it costs?

a) To qualify for maternity coverage under a student visa, the insured must have become pregnant after the policy became effective.

b) Plans may cover 80% of the first $5,000 and 100% after that up to the policy maximum.
