What PPO network used for "Safe Travels USA Comprehensive" plan? Does it have any participating provider and hospitals in North New Jersey?

You can go to any doctor, urgent care facility, or hospital of your choice and get coverage. The coverage is the same with Safe Travels USA Comprehensive whether you go to an in-network or an out-of-network provider. The PPO network for Safe Travels USA Comprehensive is called FirstHealth/Coventry.

When talking to a medica facility, you just need to mention your policy belongs to the FirstHealth/Coventry PPO network. The provider can either ask you to pay up-front by saying they "don't accept the insurance", or they can bill the insurance company directly by saying they "do accept the insurance". Either way, the billing is always up to the provider that you go to. Afterwards, regardless of the billing practices that you experienced, you will have to go through a mandatory claim process. The claim process is filling out the claim form and sending supporting documents to the insurance company. Once the insurnace company has received all claim information from the insured party and the provider office, they can process the claim.
