What changes can I make to my policy?
The following changes are typically allowed:
• Cancel: If your trip is ending sooner and you need to adjust the end date. Note: If a claim has been made, the benefits of the policy are considered “fully earned” and cannot be canceled.
• Extend: If you need additional coverage dates for your destination.
• Corrections: If you need to fix any typos for your name, date of birth, or mailing address. You can also make changes to your citizenship, home country, destination country in case they are incorrect.
