Can I change policy details like policy maximum or deductible while renewing a policy?

The policy maximum and deductible cannot be changed when renewing a policy. If you need to change these details, you can purchase a new policy instead of renewing. It would be considered totally unrelated to the previous plan, so a new deductible and new terms of the policy would apply.
