I made a mistake when I first purchased the policy. Can I have it corrected without cancelling the policy?

Yes, certain policy details, such as traveler information, can be updated if the policy has not yet gone into effect. The easiest way to make changes is by signing into My Account, where you can adjust your policy details online. You’ll need your policy number and the insured’s date of birth to log in.

If your policy has already gone into effect, certain changes may not be possible such as updating your policy maximum or deductible. You’ll need to cancel the existing plan and purchase a new one in these circumstances.
