Should I buy travel insurance plans together or separately for my parents?

It is a good idea to buy separate policies for your parents, especially because coverage differs for people under 70 and over 70. Additionally, having separate policies gives your parents more freedom to change their individual policies as needed, if travel plans change or one person needs to return home early.
