If you have noticed a mistake on your policy after your purchase, such as with the name of the insured, passport number, beneficiary information, home country address, correspondence address, birth date, email address, etc. you can send us an email to get it corrected.

Please be aware that since the insurance premium depends on a person's age or date of birth, any correction requested for date of birth may have an impact on the premium and policy benefits. The new premium will be adjusted to your total once the correction has been made and charged to your credit card. If the correction will change the person's age group, please include a statement in the email to charge or refund any excess amount to the existing credit card in the account.

Include complete details including policy number, name of insured, and specifics on what needs to be corrected. Upon receipt of this information we will initiate the policy correction with the insurance company. Please allow 7-10 business days to process any corrections.
