Yes, CoverAmerica - Gold can provide medical coverage in any state in the USA.
You cannot, however, purchase the plan using restricted state addresses from Maryland, Washington, New York or Colorado, but you can use the plan in these restricted states without a problem. To avoid this issue, you can always use your home country address to purchase the plan.
