Yes, however the amount covered will vary for each plan, and some plans may require a copay. As an example, for the ChoiceAmerica Plan, the coverage for Urgent Care would be the same as that of a doctor's visit. Depending on the policy maximum you choose, for covered doctor's or urgent care visits, after the deductible is met, the benefit amount is $65 for $50,000 policy maximum or $90 for $100,000 policy maximum. Doctors Visit/ Urgent Care visits are allowed 10 times in a policy period. The CoverAmerica - Gold policy requires a copay of $15, but the plan will pay 100% up to the policy maximum if the urgent care facility is within the PPO network.
