How do I make changes to an existing insurance policy details like policy maximum or deductible after purchase?

After the policy start date, the policy maximum and deductible cannot be changed. So, in order to make changes to the policy maximum or deductible after the policy goes into effect, you would have to cancel your current plan and purchase a new plan.
