What do I do if I don’t receive my refund?

  • If you have filed claims, your premium is non-refundable.

Trawick International will consider a refund of the total plan cost minus the processing fee. All plans offered by Trawick International are cancellable subject to the below provisions:

  • A full refund may be considered if the cancellation request is received before the policy effective date (start date).
  • If cancellation request is received after the policy effective date, depending on the policy, only a daily or monthly refund available.
  • Refund is possible for cancellation request received after policy effective date, only if no claim has been filed.
