Our Claims Process
VisitorsCoverage believes filing travel insurance claims should be a straightforward, stress-free process. Whether you need to file, update, or appeal a claim, we've got you covered.
Submit supporting documents and arrange for your provider to send medical records directly to the insurance company within 90 days.
It may take several weeks to a few months for your insurance company to process your claim.
Once your claim is approved, you will be reimbursed. However, if it is denied, you have the option to appeal.
