Q3. When I visit the doctor or hospital do I need to pay up front and get reimbursed or the doctor/hospital will send the bill directly to the insurance company?
Depending on the various factors including specific insurance company rules, the insurance company can make the payment directly to the hospital/Dr/Facility or may reimburse the payment to the insured for all approved and qualified claims as per the insurance plan.

Q4. How does the claim process work?
After taking the treatment, you should file a claim with the insurance company. You will need to fill a claim form and submit it with the insurance company. Up on verification and approval of the claim the insurance company can reimburse the payment.

The time taken to process the claim may vary from case to case since it involves information verification and other manual administrative tasks. It can take from a few weeks to several weeks. Q6. Which doctors/Hospitals can I go to? Where and what is the provider list?
Generally you can go any Doctor, but for
the maximum benefit you should prefer going
to the Network (Provider Directory) recommended by the Plan.
You can find provider Dr. and Hospital in
the "Provider Directory" for a particular
plan. Refer the Provider Directory given
against each plan on the Insurance main page.
