The coverage duration available is from 5 days to 364 days. While in the U.S, after the deductible is satisfied within the United Healthcare PPO network, the plan will pay 100% of eligible medical expenses up to the policy maximum. - Eligible for Student Visa holders who do not have specific health insurance requirements to meet.

COVID-19 Medical Expenses
Medical treatment and services related to COVID-19 can be covered in the event that the virus was contracted after the policy effective date.
COVID-19 Testing
Testing can be covered if ordered by the attending physician for diagnostic purposes if symptoms occur after the policy effective date.
COVID-19 Vaccination/Booster
COVID-19 vaccination/booster is not covered under the policy.

Accidental Death and Dismemberment
This coverage is in addition to the Accidental Death and Dismemberment already included in the plans. This rider is available with a minimum purchase of three months of medical and AD&D rider coverage.
Device Protection Rider
The optional Device Protection Rider offers coverage for replacement or reimbursement for Loss, theft, or repair services for damages, including accidental damage, liquid damage, malfunction, and/or screen break, of an Insured PersonâÃÂÃÂs cellular phone during normal usage of the Insured PersonâÃÂÃÂs cellular phone during the period of coverage. Replacement parts will be new, rebuilt, or non-original manufacturer's parts that perform to the factory specifications of the device at the Service ProviderâÃÂÃÂs sole discretion.
Telehealth
Telehealth provides access to a national network of board-certified doctors and pediatrician in the U.S who are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year to help diagnose, treat, and prescribe medication (when necessary and available) for many non-emergent medical issues via phone or online video consultations. Telehealth does not replace existing primary care physician relationship, but supplements them as a convenient, affordable alternative for non-emergency medical care.
