Which doctor or hospital can you go to?

You can go to any doctor or hospital of your choice. If you would like to go to an in-network doctor or hospital, Atlas America belongs to the PPO Network UnitedHealthcare. You can search for doctors or hospitals in the UnitedHealthcare network here: PPO Network

How much is covered and what are the benefits?

Read your policy document [Description of Coverage] carefully to know the limits, benefits, and exclusions. In some cases, pre-certification may be required.

Payment and Claim process?

Direct billing is not promised, depending on the service provider's billing practice, the bill can either be sent to directly to the insurance company, Tokio Marine HCC - MIS Group, or may come to you. Regardless of billing process, you are required to report and file claims in a specific claims reporting form. Claims must be reported and submitted to the insurance administrator, Tokio Marine HCC - MIS Group, within 90 days from the date of service received.
