You are not able to switch directly from one plan to another. You would need to first cancel your original policy and then you can purchase the new policy that you want to switch to. If you cancel your current plan before the coverage start date, you are typically eligible for a full refund. To cancel, submit a cancellation request through your account on the insurance provider's website. You can then purchase a new plan that better suits your needs.
