My 5 year old son had a kidney transplant last year in August, we are hoping to travel to the usa in October, will he be covered under the pre-existing condition?

Travel insurance policies cover for any unexpected new sickness or injury that starts after the policy becomes effective. These do not cover for pre-existing conditions or preventive care. The plans would not cover for the treatment of existing kidney conditions.
