Where can I find my policy documents and ID card?

Most of our plans are e-policies that give you freedom to buy and print online. After you make a purchase, you should get an instant confirmation email with your policy documents and a printable ID card attached. You can forward the e-ID card to anyone over the internet. This printed ID card is what you would bring should you need to see a doctor during your travels. There are however, a few plans that allow you to request a copy of your ID card to be mailed to your mailing address in US.
