After you make a purchase, you should get an instant confirmation email with your policy documents and a printable ID card attached. You can forward the e-ID card to anyone over the internet. You can also access your policy documents by signing into your account on our website. The printed ID card is what you would bring should you need to see a doctor during your travels.
