If my plan says Coronavirus (COVID-19) included, will it also cover hotel costs if I need to quarantine?

Most travel medical insurance policies will not cover COVID-19 quarantine costs. The plans are primarily designed to provide coverage for the medical expenses related to the treatment of COVID-19. However, CoverAmerica-Gold does offer a Quarantine Indemnity benefit of up to $50/day, $500 max.
