If you are experiencing COVID-19 related symptoms and need to get tested for diagnostic purposes, you may visit any provider that offers these testing services. Depending on what plan you have, you may have a choice of using a PPO network specific to your insurance policy. To find a list of possible providers within your PPO network, click here. Please Note: Voluntary COVID-19 tests not ordered by an attending physician for diagnostic purposes will not be covered unless the policyholder has the CoverAmerica-Gold policy which offers a COVID-19 testing benefit.
