iTravelInsured Travel LX is a Travel Insurance plan for U.S residents traveling domestically or internationally. The plan offers reimbursement coverage on non-refundable trip costs due to covered reasons for Trip Cancellation, Trip Delay, Trip Interruption, and more.


iTravelInsured Travel LX will cover COVID-19 like any other covered medical condition if the virus was contracted after the policy effective date. Coverage for Quarantine is provided under the Trip Delay benefit, if ordered by an authorized physician.

Quarantine coverage included in the Trip Delay benefit can provide coverage for additional accommodation expenses if the quarantine is ordered by a physician.

Emergency Medical Evacuation for COVID-19 treatment can be covered if the virus is contracted after the policy effective date.

Eligibility

  • For U.S residents traveling within the U.S and/or internationally
  • For Age 14 days to 99 years of age
  • Coverage for a maximum of 180 days
  • Optional Cancel for Any Reason (CFAR) is not available for residents of: NY. CFAR is included for the following states: MO, and WA. CFAR must be purchased within 20 days of initial trip deposit date
  • Optional Interruption for Any Reason (IFAR) is not available for residents of: NY. IFAR must be purchased within 20 days of initial trip deposit date
  • Travelers to Israel: Losses due to, arising, or resulting from the conflict in Israel are not covered unless the Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) benefit is selected
