When you purchase a Seven Corners plan through VisitorsCoverage, we securely share the information needed to issue your policy, including your traveler details, contact details, travel dates, and selected coverage. VisitorsCoverage will send your purchase confirmation with links to download your policy documents and instructions to access your policy portal.
You'll also receive a Travel Kit email with key policy information, including your PPO network, policy maximum, deductible, and important contact numbers.
Seven Corners will provide your policy documents, insurance ID card, account registration details, and any updates related to your policy or claims. Receiving emails from both companies is expected and helps ensure you stay informed every step of the way.
