The VisitorsCoverage customer portal allows you to manage your purchase by viewing order details, downloading receipts, and submitting eligible policy requests, such as cancellations or corrections. If you request a policy change, we'll securely share that information with Travel Insured International so they can update your coverage.
Travel Insured International's member portal is where you'll manage your policy after it's been issued. You can access your insurance ID card, review policy documents, submit claims, and use additional member services. Claims information is securely maintained by Travel Insured International and isn't shared with VisitorsCoverage due to health privacy regulations.
