After you purchase an IMG plan through VisitorsCoverage, we securely share the information needed to issue and manage your policy, including traveler details, contact information, travel dates, and your selected coverage. VisitorsCoverage will send your purchase confirmation with links to download your policy documents and instructions to access your policy portal.
You'll also receive a Travel Kit email with key policy information, including your PPO network, policy maximum, deductible, and important contact numbers. IMG will send information to further access your policy or claims-related information. Receiving emails from both VisitorsCoverage and IMG is completely normal and ensures you have everything you need before and during your trip.
