The VisitorsCoverage customer portal is where you can manage your purchase by viewing receipts, accessing order details, downloading policy documents, accessing the PPO Network Directory, submitting claims assistance requests, and requesting eligible policy changes, such as cancellations or extensions. If you submit any one of these requests, you'll receive a purchase confirmation from VisitorsCoverage and a fulfillment email from IMG with access to your policy documents. We'll securely share your request with IMG so they can process the necessary changes.
IMG's MyIMG portal is designed for managing your coverage after purchase. There, you can access your insurance ID card, view your policy documents, submit claims, and use member services. Because claims information is protected by health privacy regulations, it remains securely stored with IMG and is not shared with VisitorsCoverage.
