The VisitorsCoverage customer portal is the best place to manage your purchase. You can review your order, access receipts, download policy documents, access the PPO Network directory, request claims assistance, and submit eligible requests such as cancellations or policy extensions. When you request a policy change, we'll securely share the information with Trawick International so they can process the change.
Trawick International's member portal is designed for managing your active policy. From there, you can view your insurance documents, access your ID card, submit claims, and use other member services. Claims information is securely maintained by Trawick International and, due to health privacy regulations, isn't shared with VisitorsCoverage.
