The VisitorsCoverage customer portal helps you manage your purchase by giving you access to order details, receipts, and eligible policy requests, including cancellations and extensions. If you request a policy change, we'll securely share your request with INF Insurance so they can process the change.
INF Insurance's member portal is where you'll manage your policy after it's been issued. You can access your insurance ID card, review policy documents, submit claims, and use additional member services. Claims information is securely stored by INF Insurance and isn't shared with VisitorsCoverage due to health privacy regulations.
