Dash Plus is a comprehensive Travel Medical insurance plan that provides medical coverage and other covered travel and emergency services for a traveler's temporary stay outside of their home country. The coverage duration is available from 5 days to 364 days. While in the U.S, after the deductible is satisfied within the United Healthcare PPO network, the plan will pay 100% of eligible medical expenses up to the policy maximum. Outside of the PPO network, the plan will pay 50% of eligible medical expenses. Learn more about how Dash Plus works.
Dash Plus will cover COVID-19 like any other covered medical condition if the virus was contracted after the policy effective date.

When visiting a healthcare facility, remember to mention United Healthcare as your PPO provider. Dash Plus policy holders should visit providers listed within the United Healthcare directory to take advantage of in-network benefits.
Outside the USA
There is no PPO network outside the United States. If your plan allows for coverage outside of the United States, you can visit any doctor or hospital.

Yes, but only for acute onset. Sudden and unexpected flare-ups may be covered for emergency stabilization. Ongoing treatment, routine care, or planned treatment is not covered.
Planned or elective medical procedures, routine or non-emergency care, long-term or chronic treatment, care intentionally sought in the United States, or services obtained through misrepresentation or fraud are not covered.
You should purchase the policy at least 72 hours before arriving in the United States.
