The PPO provider for USVisit-Pro® Insurance is United Healthcare, a network recognized by all major hospitals and healthcare facilities.
When visiting a healthcare facility, remember to mention United Healthcare as your PPO provider. USVisit-Pro® policy holders should visit providers listed within the United Healthcare directory to take advantage of in-network benefits.
Outside the USA
There is no PPO network outside the United States. If your plan allows for coverage outside of the United States, you can visit any doctor or hospital.

Visitor Insurance Claim Process
Any traveler on an eligible nonimmigrant visa or similar arrangements can purchase the plan. Green card holders and lawful permanent residents are not eligible for this coverage. USVisit-Pro offers coverage for those 14 days up to 74 years of age. The USVisit-Pro plan provides travel medical insurance with pre-existing condition coverage for those travelers to the United States. Please Note: Purchase must be done before departing the country of residence.
The USVisit-Pro plan can cover for worsening of a pre-existing condition up to the stated amount on the policy document. For those up to the age of 69, pre-existing conditions are covered up to $30,000. For those ages 70-74, pre-existing conditions are covered up to $20,000. Please review the policy terms and conditions for any additional limits or exclusions.

Yes, you can cancel and get a refund for the USVisit-Pro plan, if you need to go back earlier than planned. The following rules apply:
You cannot remove one person from the policy if other travelers are included. We recommend letting the current policy lapse with all travelers or canceling and repurchasing for the remaining travelers as per the policy terms.
You will need names, coverage duration, date(s) of birth, home country address, and a valid credit card.
After enrolling, you will receive an email confirmation containing an attachment for ID cards, certificate of insurance and visa letter.
Based on the desired coverage length you have selected, you have to make the full payment at once.
This plan is not extendable or renewable.
Coverage on a travel medical insurance plan will begin on the date of departure and once the traveler has left their home country. Coverage areas are anywhere outside ones' home country as long as the policy is active. The coverage will end immediately once the traveler has entered back into their home country.
USVisit-Pro can cover Monkeypox and will treat it the same as any other eligible medical condition so long as the virus is contracted after the policy effective date and you have departed your home country.
