Can I use the same policy for travel to multiple places?

Answer provided by a licensed Insurance advisorLicensed U.S. Insurance Specialist at VisitorsCoverage
Yes, most of the travel insurance plans we offer provide coverage for multiple destinations as long as none of the countries you visit are restricted under the policy. Coverage applies to all eligible locations outside of your home country, regardless of how many destinations are on your itinerary.

When purchasing a policy, simply list the first country you plan to visit as your “destination country.” The policy will then extend coverage to the other countries on your trip. For example, if you’re traveling to six countries in Europe, you would list the first country as your destination, and the remaining five would also be covered under the same policy. For specific travel needs:
  • Non-U.S. citizens traveling to the U.S. and other destinations can consider the Atlas America plan.
  • U.S. citizens traveling outside the U.S. can opt for the Atlas International plan.
