It provides broad medical coverage for eligible illnesses, injuries, and pre-existing conditions, along with emergency medical evacuation, travel assistance, and access to the UnitedHealthcare PPO network, making it an excellent choice for seniors and travelers seeking enhanced protection. Coverage is available from 90 days to 364 days.
While in the United States, after the deductible is satisfied within the United Healthcare PPO network, the plan pays 80% of eligible medical expenses up to the selected policy maximum. Outside of the PPO network, the plan pays 60% of eligible medical expenses up to the selected policy maximum.
INF Elite X includes coverage for eligible pre-existing conditions up to the selected policy maximum, subject to the applicable deductibles and policy terms.
