While in the U.S., after the deductible is satisfied, the insurance company will pay up to the stated amount in the policy document for each covered treatment or service. Travel Medical USA Visitor Basic does not participate in any PPO network. You can visit any doctor or hospital of your choice.
Travel Medical USA Visitor Basic does not cover pre-existing conditions. Travel Medical USA Visitor Basic includes acute onset coverage of pre-existing conditions after a 7-day waiting period: up to $50,000 for ages 14 days–69, $25,000 for ages 70–79, and not available for ages 80+.
